Plaintiffs' Counsel Seeks $23M In Fuel Surcharge Suit

Law360, New York (September 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs' counsel in an antitrust class action alleging a group of airlines fixed fuel prices on international flights are seeking court approval for British Airways PLC and Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd. to fork over $23 million in attorneys’ fees and reimbursement of litigation expenses after the carriers agreed to pay a combined $200 million to passengers earlier this year.
