Idaho Mining Cos. Sued For Superfund Cleanup Costs

Law360, New York (September 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. government has sued four mining companies for expenses related to the cleanup of a Superfund site along a watershed in northern Idaho known as the Coeur D'Alene Basin.
