Judge Denies Class Status To Wisconsin Bell Workers

Law360, New York (September 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge Thursday flatly denied class status to plaintiffs in a Fair Standards Labor Act suit who allege that Wisconsin Bell Inc. fails to pay its call center employees fully for time spent at work, depriving them of overtime compensation.
