Rambus Seeks Info On Nanya's DRAM Deals

Law360, New York (September 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Rambus Inc. has asked a federal judge to force Nanya Technology Corp. to turn over documents relating to a patent licensing agreement with Fujitsu Microelectronics Ltd. and a DRAM joint venture agreement with Micron Technology Inc., arguing that the company's objections to doing so are meritless.

The information is discoverable and relevant, and Nanya has a duty to produce the requested documents, Rambus said in a partially redacted motion filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
