Deals Rumor Mill: Fiat, London City Airport, Carlyle Group

According to the report, which featured an exclusive interview with the Fiat CEO, a combination of the two auto giants would create a single entity with the ability to generate $30 billion a year in cash. GM has previously stood pat in its lack of desire to consider a merger. According to the report, Marchionne said that such a merger would result in "cataclysmic changes in performance."...
