Qualcomm Found Largely Clear Of Broadcom Patents

Law360, New York (September 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court Friday largely backed the International Trade Commission's judgment that Qualcomm's products do not infringe two Broadcom patents, but vacated the decision as it relates to one of Qualcomm's chips and remanded the case.
