Law360, New York (September 24, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Internet telephone provider Bandwidth.com Inc. has settled a lawsuit brought by Voxpath Networks Inc. over a patent covering Voice Over Internet Protocol technology.
In a motion filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Voxpath and Bandwidth moved to dismiss all claims and counterclaims between them subject to the terms of a settlement agreement dated Sep. 15.
