LLC is getting a $150 million loan from MetLife Inc. for its recent purchase of an office tower in midtown Manhattan, Commercial Observer reported Monday. The loan is for Tower 45, a 40-floor property at 120 W. 45th St. that Kamber acquired from SL Green Realty Corp. for $365 million, according to the report....
