Fed. Circ. Won't Reinstate $1.5B Microsoft Verdict

Law360, New York (September 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court panel has decided not to reinstate a $1.54 billion jury verdict against Microsoft Corp., which was sued by rival software company Alcatel-Lucent for allegedly infringing two MP3 digital music patents.
