Estee Lauder Hit With Disability Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (September 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former manager at Estee Lauder Corp. has sued the company for retaliation and disability discrimination, alleging that the cosmetics manufacturer passed him over for promotions and ultimately fired him because he suffered from cancer and supported other employees who complained about discrimination.
