Qwest, Global Crossing Settle VoIP Litigation

Law360, New York (September 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- C2 Communications Technologies Inc. has entered into a settlement agreement with three defendants, including Qwest Communications International Inc., in a patent battle over Voice Over Internet Protocol technology.

C2, which is almost fully owned by asset management firm Counsel Corp., revealed Monday that it had entered into a settlement with remaining defendants Qwest, Global Crossing Ltd. and Level 3 Communications Inc.
