Judge Asks Credit Suisse Broker To Return $2M

Law360, New York (September 29, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge reportedly asked a former Credit Suisse Group AG broker on Friday to return $2 million he sent to his home country of Bulgaria as he was being investigated by federal authorities for fraudulently selling auction rate securities.
