P&G Hits Teva With New Actonel Suit

Law360, New York (September 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Procter & Gamble Co. has asserted three patents against Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in a new suit over the osteoporosis drug Actonel, a development that comes as P&G and Teva await a federal appeals court decision on Teva's challenge to the validity of one of the patents-in-suit.
