Siig Sued Over Audio Player Accessories

Law360, New York (October 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Aerielle Technologies Inc. has sued rival computer accessory maker Siig Inc. for allegedly infringing two patents related to accessories for portable audio players.

In a complaint filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Aerielle alleges that Siig has sold products that infringe U.S. Patent Numbers 6,671,494 and 5,771,441 both titled “Small, battery-operated RF transmitter for portable audio devices for use with headphones with RF receiver.”
