IPC Settles With HP, Brother Over Printer Technology

Law360, New York (October 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Acacia Research Corp. unit International Printer Corp. has struck a settlement deal with Hewlett-Packard Co. and Brother International Corp. in a patent suit related to networkable multifunction printer technology, which IPC brought against several defendants.
