Sen. Asks DOJ To Keep Eye On Google-Yahoo Deal

Law360, New York (October 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Just two weeks after Google Inc. announced it would not wait much longer to enact its proposed advertising partnership with Yahoo Inc., a senior senator warned Thursday that the proposed deal could lead to higher prices and cause Yahoo to fall farther.
