Heller Employees Won't Get Vacation Pay: Report

Law360, New York (October 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In still another turn of events for those working at Heller Ehrman LLP, staff and associates at the dissolving firm are reportedly going to be terminated without receiving their accrued vacation pay.
