Elections Stir Concerns Among Corporate Counsel

Law360, New York (October 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Corporate counsel are bracing for changes to the labor and employment law landscape that may follow the upcoming presidential elections, and a number have expressed concern about the possibility of rising costs, increased union activity and a general uptick in workplace regulation, according to a recent survey.
