Saint-Gobain, W.L. Gore Settle Tubing Patent Spat

Law360, New York (October 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics and W.L. Gore & Associates Inc. have settled their dispute over two patents for tubing and connector technology, ending both an infringement and a separate declaratory judgment suit.

The motions for stipulated consent judgment, both filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, resolve Saint-Gobain's infringement allegations against W.L. Gore and W.L. Gore's attempt to have the two patents declared invalid.
