5 Heller Antitrust, IP Lawyers Head To Arnold & Porter

Law360, New York (October 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Five antitrust and intellectual property lawyers from dissolving Heller Ehman LLP have jumped ship to Arnold & Porter LLP's business litigation groups in Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles.

John Ulin, James Speyer and Eric Shapland joined Arnold & Porter in Los Angeles, and Carl Nadler and Ken Chernof joined in D.C. Nadler joins as senior counsel, Shapland as counsel and the other three as partners.
