Law360, New York (October 08, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Real estate mogul Donald Trump lost the latest battle in his war with Morrison Cohen LLP on Monday, when a New York judge denied a motion to disqualify his former lawyers from representing the principals of a property development group Trump is suing in a licensing spat.
