Judge Won't Budge On Delphi Defendant Roster

Law360, New York (October 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing the Delphi Corp. securities fraud case has refused to toss numerous defendants off the case, leaving the former auto supplier executives on the hook to face charges.

“Before the court are separate motions to dismiss filed by the following defendants: Judith Kudla, John Blahnik, Milan Belans, Paul Free, Scot McDonald,” the opinion read. “For the reasons that follow, the motions will be denied.”
