E-Discovery, Costs Worry In-House Counsel: Survey

Law360, New York (October 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Electronic discovery was among the top three issues concerning in-house attorneys this year, according to a survey that asked corporate counsel to describe their satisfaction with how law firms handle various needs.

About 18 percent of in-house attorneys said they were “dissatisfied” with the way their outside counsel met their e-discovery needs, according to the yearly survey by Fulbright & Jaworski LLP released on Tuesday.
