By Andrew McIntyre ( November 24, 2015, 6:03 PM EST) -- The Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association-College Retirement Equities Fund has paid nearly $150 million for a Mountain View, California, transit-oriented office property, the Silicon Valley Business Journal reported, citing public records and sources with knowledge of the price. The deal is for the so-called Castro Station office complex, a 114,809-square-foot, three-building property, according to the report. The seller is a PSAI Realty Partners LLC affiliate, the journal said....
