NJ Meadowlands Commission Cheated Cherokee: Suit

Law360, New York (October 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Cherokee Investment Partners III has sued the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission for allegedly failing to uphold its end of a complex deal that also involves bankrupt environmental remediator and real estate developer EnCap Golf Holdings LLC.

Cherokee filed the lawsuit Sunday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
