Law360, New York (October 15, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A Texas state judge has dismissed all but one claim of fraud in a lawsuit brought by security software maker McAfee Inc. in an effort to force WilmerHale LLP to pay back most of the $12 million the company paid the firm to represent its former chief financial officer in a criminal securities action that resulted in a felony conviction.
