Univision Accused Of Undercutting Shareholders

Law360, New York (June 29, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Univision Communications Inc. has become the defendant in two lawsuits after selling the company Monday for less than its shareholders believed it was worth.

The first lawsuit, filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court by Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz, accused Univision of not seeking the highest possible price when it sold out to Saban Capital Group and other investors for $36.25 a share.
