Motor Coach Scores Approval For $311M DIP Loan

Law360, New York (October 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Motor Coach Industries International Inc. got a green light in bankruptcy court on Friday to obtain $311.4 in debtor-in-possession financing from lenders including GE Capital Corp. and Goldman Sachs Credit Partners LP.

Judge Brendan Shannon of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved the loans essentially under the terms Motor Coach had requested, subject to minor modifications only, the company's lawyer, Kenneth Ziman of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, said.

The judge will likely hand down a written order on Monday, Ziman said....
