Green Groups Sue EPA Over Natl. Parks Air Pollution

Law360, New York (October 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A coalition of environmental groups has sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in an effort to force the regulator to push states to submit plans to eliminate haze-causing air pollution at national parks.
