Lehman Creditors Committee Enlists Help

Law360, New York (October 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The official committee of unsecured creditors in the Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. bankruptcy case has put forth a slew of retention requests to the court, looking to tap some of the biggest guns in the business to represent its interests.

On Wednesday, the unsecured creditors committee filed motions with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, seeking first to employ Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy as its counsel.
