Australia Publishes Draft Law To Criminalize Cartels

Law360, New York (October 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Australian government has released a final draft of proposed anti-cartel legislation that would make price collusion a criminal offense and send convicted corporate executives to jail for up to 10 years, bringing the country in line with the United States.
