Bombay Ch.11 Professionals Seek $7M In Final Fees

Law360, New York (October 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two months after a bankruptcy judge approved The Bombay Co.’s liquidation plan, the firms involved with the restructuring have asked the court to approve more than $7 million in aggregate fees.

On Monday a raft of requests was submitted to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas as the firms and consultants involved in the home furnishing company’s yearlong Chapter 11 case sought final payment.
