Real Estate Rumors: Equinox, Banyan Street, Dunavant

The deal is for space at 315 Park Ave. S., where Columbia is converting lower portions of the 328,198-square-foot tower to include four exercise studios, according to the report. The Equinox club is expected to open late this year, the journal said....
