Calif. City's New Claims V. Sherwin-Williams Barred

Law360, New York (October 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The city of Emeryville, Calif., cannot pursue damages for any contamination from a former Sherwin-Williams Co. facility discovered after the city reached its settlement with the paint company in 2001, a federal judge has ruled.
