British Enron Trio Depart For Texas Trial

Law360, New York (July 13, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. government has successfully applied a new terrorism treaty between the United States and the United Kingdom to extradite three former bankers from London to Houston, where they will face fraud charges related to fallen energy giant Enron Corp.
