Trustee Opposes Disney's Call For Lehman Examiner

Law360, New York (November 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. trustee overseeing the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. has objected to a request by the Walt Disney Co. and other creditors to appoint an examiner to probe the movement of funds between the investment bank and its subsidiaries in the days after its collapse.
