Betting Co. Urges EU To Enforce 5-Year-Old Ruling

Law360, New York (November 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Five years after the top European Court liberalized the gambling industry by recognizing operators' rights to work in any of the 27 member states, a private sports betting company has accused the European Commission of failing to enforce the ruling.
