SEC Director To Return to Cravath

Law360, New York (November 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Securities and Exchange Commission's director of the division of corporate finance has announced he will be leaving the agency at the end of the year, a departure that may signal the start of a post-election turnover at the SEC.

John W. White, Director of the Division of Corporation Finance, will rejoin the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP as a partner in its New York office, the SEC said.
