Bldg. Operators File CERCLA Suit Over WTC Collapse

Law360, New York (November 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The operators of a building located across the street from the World Trade Center site have sued a host of companies including the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Consolidated Edison Co. of New York and American Airlines Inc. to recoup at least $50 million in costs for remediating the property.
