Fairchild Denied JMOL In $34M Circuit Patent Case

Law360, New York (November 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has denied post-trial motions seeking to invalidate two of four patents-at-issue in an infringement suit against Fairchild Semiconductor International Inc., just weeks after the company failed to show all four patents-in-suit were unenforceable for inequitable conduct.

Judge Joseph J. Farnan Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware on Friday denied two motions for judgment as a matter of law seeking to reverse parts of infringement and validity verdicts against Fairchild.
