Law360, New York (November 10, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The city of Baltimore has launched a class action on behalf of Maryland governmental entities accusing McKesson Corp. of scheming to raise and fix pharmaceutical drug prices, costing the plaintiffs millions of dollars in inflated reimbursements.
