DuPont Hits Invista With Barrage Of IP Charges

Law360, New York (November 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- DuPont Co. has accused Invista of patent infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets and a host of other claims related to the chemical giant's 2004 sale of its textile business to the Koch Industries Inc. unit in the latest litigation over the $4.2 billion acquisition.
