Deals Rumor Mill: Energy Transfer, Petrobras, Sharp

Inc., according to a Thursday report from The New York Times. According to the report, executives at Energy Transfer have been weighing whether to propose a one-time payment of more than $2 billion to Williams in order to get out of the agreement, which was inked in September. Such an offer has only been discussed internally, the report noted, and has not yet been presented by Williams....
