Enviros Sue FMC Over Stalled Clean Truck Program

Law360, New York (November 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Three environmental groups, including the Natural Resources Defense Council, have sued the Federal Maritime Commission over a recent move to block allegedly anti-competitive elements of a diesel truck phaseout program at the ports of two California cities.
