BA Execs Out On Bail In Price-Fixing Case

Law360, New York (November 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A London court reportedly has released on unconditional bail four British Airways PLC executives charged in connection with an alleged conspiracy with rival Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd. to fix prices for passenger fuel surcharges.

A three-judge panel of the City of London Magistrate's Court on Wednesday ordered the defendants, who did not enter pleas, to appear at Southwark Crown Court for a jury trial beginning in January 2009, the Times reported.
