AA Spends $1.45M Lobbying For Antitrust Immunity

Law360, New York (November 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- American Airlines Corp. spent $1.45 million in the third quarter of this year to lobby for antitrust immunity regarding its proposed joint venture with British Airways PLC and Iberia LAE, among other issues, according to a disclosure form filed with the U.S. House of Representatives' clerk's office.
