Texas Asbestos MDL Wants Defeated Judge To Stay

Law360, New York (November 14, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Lawyers on both sides of asbestos multidistrict litigation involving more than 9,000 cases in a Texas state court want the presiding judge to stay on the matter even though he recently lost his bid for re-election to the bench and will step down from the Eleventh District Court next year.
