Law360, New York (November 17, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has thrown out part of a case Sterling Federal Bank brought against Credit Suisse and others accusing them of materially misleading the bank about mortgage-backed securities.
In a mixed-bag ruling for both sides, Judge Robert M. Dow Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois tossed a number of claims Sterling Federal brought, but also refused bids to toss several others.
