Ex-Enron Broadband Exec Wins High Court Review

Law360, New York (November 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The nation's highest court has given the nod to hear the case of a former executive at Enron Corp.'s failed broadband unit, agreeing to tackle the question of when prosecutors may retry claims that are left undecided by a jury.

The U.S. Supreme Court granted the petition for a writ of certiorari by F. Scott Yeager, Enron Broadband Services' former vice president of business development, in an order rendered Friday.
