McAfee Hit With FLSA Suit By Sales Representative

Law360, New York (November 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- McAfee Inc., in the business of fending off software viruses, is now facing a purported Fair Labor Standards Act collective action filed by a sales representative who says he worked more than 40 hours per week without receiving overtime pay.

The complaint against the California-based company was lodged in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Monday. McAfee's CEO David DeWalt was also sued.
